Dr. Michael Goh is a professor of higher education in the department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development and Endowed Campbell Leadership Chair in Education and Human Development in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota, USA. He recently served as the university’s vice president for Equity and Diversity, associate vice provost, and director for the Institute for Diversity, Equity, and Advocacy. A counseling psychologist by training, he is an interdisciplinary intercultural scholar and educator who applies an intercultural competence or culturally intelligent framework on multicultural and international counseling psychology, teacher education, international education, internationalization, and leadership in higher education.
