Eligibility for Scientific Committee Membership
PhD holders can request consideration for committee membership if they demonstrate appropriate research achievements and relevant academic experience.

Academic Appointment Requirements
- Applicants must hold an Assistant Professor position or a more senior academic role. They should be affiliated with a recognized research center, university, or higher education institution.

English and Independent Evaluation
- Applicants need a strong command of written English. They must assess submissions independently, impartially, and on academic merit. Their feedback should be constructive and observe recognized ethical and academic standards.

Expected Reviews Each Year
- Members generally complete three or four reviews of conference submissions annually. Review timing may be adjusted to suit personal availability and academic duties.
