Who requires a visa for travelling to Canada?
You won’t need a visa to visit Canada if:
- You are a citizen of any country within the visa-exempt list, including the United States, the European Union, Australia, or New Zealand, and your stay does not exceed 6 months.
- You are from a country with a visa-exemption agreement, in which case you may need only an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) to board your flight to Canada.
- Citizens of other countries may require a Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) to enter Canada.

Different types of visas:
- Visitor Visa: For short-term stays such as tourism or attending conferences.
- eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization): For visa-exempt travelers flying to Canada.
- Study Permit: Required for students intending to study in Canada for more than 6 months.
- Work Permit: Required for individuals intending to work in Canada.
How can you get an official invitation letter?
After completing your registration, please fill out the invitation request form. The organizer will issue an official invitation letter to assist in your visa application process. This letter will serve as confirmation of your participation in the conference and can be submitted with your visa application to the Canadian embassy or consulate in your country.
