Zurina Assim represents the School Leadership Unit, Brunei Darussalam Leadership and Teacher Academy and a Ph.D. researcher in Educational Leadership, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. She received school leadership trainings from Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and internationally from Melbourne, Australia and Ontario, Canada. Known for her resilience, authenticity, and transformative influence, her work integrates leadership, organisational learning and actionable data with AI intelligence, bridging theory and practice to transform schools into thriving learning communities. She is also a distinguished recipient of prestigious medals conferred by His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam in recognition of her meritorious service and long-standing contributions.
