Victoria Mirata is a researcher and lecturer in the field of personalised and adaptive learning at the Institute for Research in Open-, Distance- and eLearning (IFeL) and the UNESCO Chair on Personalised and Adaptive Distance Education at the Swiss University of Applied Sciences.
