Jun Yan is a Doctorate of Education student at the University of Bath, UK. She holds a master’s degree in Chinese Language Teaching and professional diplomas in Further Education and Creativity and Innovation for Education. As an Advance HE Fellow, Jun has over ten years of experience as a certified Chinese language teacher, working in Ireland, China, and the UK. She is a senior lecturer at Apex Leadership Institute, London, and mentors master’s students at the University of East London and Minjiang University, China. Her research focuses on multilingualism, cultural teaching, and educational leadership.
