Nicoll Stefanie Castillo Torres holds a Master’s in Innovation in English Teaching and has presented research on enhancing oral fluency at ICERI 2024. She is passionate about advancing innovative approaches in English pedagogy and promoting equitable education. Nicoll is an academic collaborator and subject coordinator at the University of Concepción, Chile, and serves as a senior tutor with the British Council and the Ministry of Education, supporting national teacher development initiatives across Chile.
