Josephine Ebejer Grech graduated as a biology teacher in 2000. She later pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Educational Leadership and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Educational Leadership. Currently, she is a doctoral candidate. Her areas of interest include developing strategies to enhance the resilience of post-secondary students while promoting their overall wellbeing.
