Roger Rampersad has coordinated academic and vocational programs in Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Japan and in the Canadian Arctic. He has specialized in curriculum development, teacher training, and program evaluation and implementation. He is presently the Centre Director of the Gordon Robertson Academy and a doctoral candidate. His areas of interest are centered around trauma informed practices in adult and vocational education and building resilience in adult learners.
