Dr. Nokuthula N Dewa is a permanent lecturer at the University of Pretoria, employed under Educational Psychology Department. Her research is in inclusive education, focusing on inclusion of all learners/students, particularly those for marginalised backgrounds. Dr. Dewa is dedicated to empowering teachers and learners/students through her research and has recently erected an intervention project. Her work has been recognised with a R50,000 annual research grant for the next three years by the University of Pretoria. With a vision for a more inclusive future, Dr. Dewa aims to establish a Centre for Inclusion & Diversity at the university.
