Mr. Khalid Fethi

Khalid Fethi, is a Moroccan educator and co-founder of High Up Academy for English & Leadership. After completing his CELTA certification in the UK, he has focused on integrating digital and leadership skills, along with human values, into English language classes for teachers. As the founder of the FLEND approach, which he has been developing since 2019, he emphasizes innovative teaching methodologies. He is also a Flipped Learning Trainer and a member of the Flipped Learning Global Initiative and the IEARN organization. Additionally, he has participated as an alumnus in the International Visitor Leadership Program and has presented at various international conferences, including FLIPCON15 in Michigan, Virginia (2017), Harvard (2018), Valencia (2023), Cambridge (2024), and numerous others online.
